Learning and Development Facilitation

‘Living our Dying – a work in progress’ is the Caretta approach to learning and development. As people we are constantly in the process of evolving. From the moment that we are born, our cells are also starting to die. Harnessing the flow of energy that is naturally created through the evolutionary process is the essence of learning. When we communicate with others, we educate people as to who we are and together we learn. It is a simple fact that we are constantly ‘Living our Dying’ until the time we die. This is an existential perspective.

Facilitating learning is both an art and a skill. Imagining the learning process as a free-flowing river through which we may, working together, navigate a process of transformational change is one way of thinking and learning.
