Executive Coaching Services
The Executive Coaching services provided by Caretta and Associates draw from over 20-years of multicultural working with leaders across a wide-range of multi-national, public, and private sector organisations.
Support and constructive challenge through a confidential one-on-one relationship is combined with the professional rigour gained through the delivery of Individual Executive Assessments for senior positions. Psychometric Assessment, including aptitude and personality testing is offered as a valuable optional support to the coaching. Psychometric testing offered includes the use of the Occupational Personality Questionnaire and the Hogan Personality Inventory.
The Executive coaches in the Caretta team who are also practitioners in psychotherapy, including gestalt techniques, enable coaching to impact at a deeper emotional level. As coaches, we are present alongside you. The focus of our work together is to ask where you want to go, what’s happening as we talk together and work with what emerges. In this way, the coaching process, supports you in addressing the difficult and challenging issues that face you in your life and work.
